Nice and friendly people. My puppy seemed to be well taken care of. Grooming was perfect and my puppy smelled awesome. They also posted pictures of him every day so I could see him while I was on vacation. I do feel that they need some sort of bell or cameras in the front so they’ll know customers are out waiting. Other than that I have no complaints.
It’s always a pleasure to have our doggy boy clean, trimmed, and smelling fresh. He loves his spa days! The owner and staff all show such love and kindness to every pet! Their sincere compassion was truly evident when our Toby wasn’t well. I appreciate them more than words can express. Each staff member was thoughtful of us and really gentle with the pet.
Such a great place Mako the Sharkdog loves getting his toenails trimmed there! Ruby (my dad's dog) loved getting groomed there too and got an A+ on her pet report card! Such nice people who always help me there! Those are pictures of my Boogie (Mako) and Kodak 🐈⬛ Cat!
The staff is awesome here and my service dog looks and smells good every time I go. She hates getting her nails done but somehow the staff gained her trust to cut them without me being there. A+++
